Galvanized steel wire strand is usually used to bear the tension. It can be used for many purposes, such as overhead and as a stay wire, and can also be used as a railway signaling strand.
The stranded wire in the standard is divided into seven grades according to the minimum tensile strength (tensile strength) (divided into Grade350, Grade480, Grade700, Grade850, Grade1000, Grade1150, Grade1300, of which Grade1300 has the highest strength. The outer diameter of the stranded wire can be to 23.8mm.
Stay wire is produced in accordance with BS 183 or other standards provided by the customer.
Features
1.Galvanized steel wire is perfect for mass-produced corrosion-resistant wire products because of its low cost and ease of production.
2.To increase its corrosion resistance, galvanized steel wire strand is exposed to a galvanizing procedure.

Application
Stay Wires are strands of galvanized steel wire that support mechanical loads. In the electrical industry, stay wires are frequently used to stabilize tower and pole constructions.
Galvanized steel strands can also be used for messenger wire, guy wire, core wire or strength member, etc.
Construction

The outer layer of all strands is right-handed unless otherwise specified by the customer. The pitch ratio is 12 to 18 times the outer diameter of the strand.
