- Provide technical advice for users free of charge to help users choose and use cables well.
- According to the requirements of users, our company can dispatch engineering and technical personnel with strong ability and rich working experience to the site to carry out acceptance handover and guide installation.
- Conscientiously perform product quality responsibilities, and implement three guarantees and one compensation for product manufacturing quality problems. Namely: guaranteed repair, guaranteed replacement, guaranteed return and compensation for direct economic losses caused by quality problems.
- In the process of product manufacturing, if you need to go to the factory for inspection, the factory provides free services.
- If there is a quality problem with the product, our company guarantees to reply to the user's letter within 12 hours.
- If there is a quality problem during the construction process, or a major quality problem occurs within one year of the cable being put into operation, reply to the customer within 48 hours after receiving the buyer's notice; that is, first provide the buyer with corresponding services, and then clarify the responsibility for handling.
- During the quality assurance period within 12 months from the date of passing the acceptance test, if the cable is defective or unqualified due to unreasonable design, processing, manufacturing and transportation, our company will receive the buyer's written notice once , will immediately proceed to replace these goods to Buyer free of charge (unlimited quantity and cost, including shipping, shipping). If our company fails to actively carry out remedial work after receiving the written notice, and thus delays and fails to meet the buyer's requirements, our company will compensate for the loss.
- Outside the quality assurance period, our company will fully cooperate with customers in after-sales service to ensure the most satisfactory service concept and service effect. If our company receives a telephone call or a written notice, we will actively coordinate the after-sales and help the customer to carry out all remedial work as soon as possible.
- Other preferential service commitments
If the customer cannot meet the quality assurance period within 12 months from the date of passing the acceptance test, our company can extend the quality assurance period within 24 months according to the company's feedback. If the construction party needs to train the cables, we will send technicians to the site to provide technical services to ensure the installation, testing, debugging and technical training of the contract equipment on site until the final acceptance of the contract equipment is completed.
