Features

Xlpe insulated cables use peroxide cross-linking method to make polyethylene molecules change from linear molecular structure to three-dimensional network structure, from thermoplastic material to thermosetting material, and the working temperature is increased from 70°C to 90°C, significantly Improve the current carrying capacity of the cable.

XLPE insulated cables have superior electrical properties, heat resistance, chemical resistance, environmental stress cracking resistance, aging resistance, and long service life.

Halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant XLPE insulated cables have excellent flame-retardant properties, and the sheath material does not contain halogen, which can ensure that only a small amount of toxic and corrosive gases are released during combustion, and less smoke is produced.

Application

 XLPE cables are fixedly laid on transmission and distribution lines with AC 50Hz and rated voltage 6kV~35kV. XLPE cables can be also used in places with high laying density such as subways, tunnels, and high-rise buildings. XLPE insulated flame retardant cables have the function of preventing fire from spreading in the cable circuit, which can avoid the expansion of fire accidents and reduce losses.

Construction

Medium-voltage power cables have shielding and sheathing, and non-magnetic armoring can be used under necessary conditions.
